How to Pasaload Smart or TNT

Follow these easy steps to share a load on Smart/TNT.

  • Open your mobile phone Sms and write a ‘’New Message’’ to 808.
  • In the message type ‘’PASALOAD’’ in capital letters and enter a space.
  • After this type the 11-digit phone number you want to share a load with, for example, 0910xxxxxxx. After this, enter space and type the desired amount you want to share, for example, 50, 100, 1000, etc, and send the message. Example:
  • Your message should look like this: If you want to send 50 pesos to a number.
  • PASALOAD 0910xxxxxxx 50 and send.

How to Buy a Load for Smart/TNT through GlobeOne App

  • Open the GlobeOne App and click on Load.
  • Enter the Smart or TNT number.
  • Select the amount you want to load or select a promo.
  • Tap Buy Now. The GlobeOne app will deduct the load amount, and shortly you will receive a load confirmation message.

New Load Validity Periods

In the past, Globe TM load amounts would expire earlier or last longer. Smaller loads expire within 24 hours, and ₱500 loads expire after 30 days. But after new laws and regulations, all regular load denominations have a standard validity of 365 days

The validity of the regular load amount is 1 year, but keep in mind that promos such as EasySurf still follow their old validity periods.

Transaction Denied

This type of error usually occurs when you try to buy a load for a postpaid SIM user. So always share the load with prepaid users.
